Down Payment Assistance To Be Available Soon

Having trouble coming up with a down payment to buy a home?

If so, you may be in luck. The government announced this week that they may make the $8000 First Time Homebuyer tax credit available to first time homebuyers at the closing table to use as a down payment on a home purchase.

That means that with the FHA Home Loan 3.5% down payment requirement, you can buy a home for up to $225,000 and the government will subisdize the down payment!
